
Group Personal Training Sessions
As another option personal training can be offered as a group session. This allows you to still feel the benefits of working with a personal trainer enabling you to have the attention and focus that working with a trainer gives.
Group training also allows you to share in the experience and motivation that working with other people and friends gives you.
So if you are a team, small organization or just a group of friends then you could consider a group Personal Training session.
Group sessions can be made up from two people up to ten. This size still allows attention and time to be given to all members of the group.
